She has worked with multiple brands to develop and build their brand - finding a gap, cutting through the noise and helping them punch above their weight. Laura has a particular passion for building investor and donor value, and likes to jump between business and charity, corporate and consumer when it comes to creating stand out strategy and campaigns.

Georgie is an award-winning behaviour change specialist. She has over 17 years of strategic social change experience spanning charities, B Corporations, government and brands. Drawing on audience insight, behavioural psychology and systems thinking, she’s worked with the likes of National Trust, RSPCA, Big Change, Tommy’s, Magic Breakfast and B Corporations like Ella’s Kitchen.

With a background in psychology, Grace has always been fascinated with what makes people tick. She uses behaviour change principles to get to the heart of any issue. Grace leads the development and delivery of insight-based strategies for a range of organisations spanning social care, education, finance and healthcare. In her dual role at Stand, Grace also works with organisations to interrogate and improve their culture, to unlock motivation and fuel performance, to help achieve business-critical objectives. She is also responsible for Stand’s own culture strategy. Grace has an ILM Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management, and a TQUK Level 2 qualification in Understanding Autism.

Cait is an expert in getting to the core of an organisation’s purpose, and helping them to combat systemic issues through strategic behaviour change. Guided by her experience working with global, EMEA, and UK-based clients, Cait’s approach drives impact. As well as being the future of health lead at Stand, her experience spans many sectors including health and social care, equality, data, sustainability, and education. She is incredibly passionate about how behaviour change can help to combat inequities, and has a qualification from LSE in Health Economics and Policy and a master's degree in Gender and Culture. She’s also a strong advocate for intersectional feminism, and helping to work towards equality.

Sean is an experienced comms specialist who has worked across both non-profit and private sectors. With a background in food sustainability, Sean has devised and implemented movement-building and awareness campaigns for HSI UK and ProVeg International. He also led on the Forward Food programme, transforming plant-based provisions in public sector catering. Most recently he attended COP28, supporting Food4Climate, to amplify food in the climate conversation.

Over the last eight years, Caelan has lived and worked in Taiwan, Australia, and Canada.
